Megan Niermann attended the University of Missouri where she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Megan brings a wealth of knowledge to the athletic and rehabilitation\n community as she is also a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach certified under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).<\/p>\n

Growing up in Southern Illinois, Megan was a swimmer for over 12 years. She went on to win multiple state titles, was the youngest swimmer to compete at the national level at the time, was\n selected as one of the top female USA swimming athletes for her age group and worked along side many professional coaches, therapists and athletes. Upon training for Olympic trial qualification,\n Megan suffered from a career ending injury which put her in and out of physical therapy for over 3 years. Although she was not able to get back in the pool, she found a new passion through\n helping athletes get back to their sports career after injury. Not only does Megan have the educational background to assist athletes to return to sport, she understands the athlete as\n a whole on and off the field after experiencing injury herself.<\/p>\n

Lucas has been a pitcher for the Colorado Rockies  for the last 4 years.  As an MLB pitcher, Lucas has a substantial background with not only recovery modalities, but also physical\n therapy and rehabilitation work.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
