Recovery Memberships

bronze membership

Includes unlimited access to Normatec, Marc Pro, and hot/cold packs while relaxing in our zero gravity chairs. Availability will be communicated by Megan Niermann PT DPT

Silver membership

Includes unlimited access to Normatec, Marc Pro, and hot/cold packs while relaxing in our zero gravity chairs. Silver package members will also receive up to 3, 20-minute sessions of the following services per week:

  • Soft-tissue massage and mobilization
  • Ice Massage
  • Full-body dynamic stretching
  • Kinesio Taping

Availability will be communicated by Megan Niermann PT DPT.

Sessions must be scheduled with a physical therapist.


gold membership

Includes unlimited access to Normatec, Marc Pro, and hot/cold packs while relaxing in our zero gravity chairs. Silver package members will also receive up to 3, 20-minute sessions of the following services per week:

  • Soft-tissue massage and mobilization
  • Ice Massage
  • Full-body dynamic stretching
  • Kinesio Taping

In addition, Gold members will receive up to 2 cupping sessions/week lasting ~ 20 minutes each
